We Care Too... (Part 2)

Last week Borneo Bulletin issued an article about three siblings who were abandoned. We managed to contribute to these children's welfare. Maxiscooters did not stop here!

This week we visited another misfortunate family in Kg Birau. Once again, we managed to collect $300 among us to be donated. We gathered at Pandan Library on 20th Sept @2 30pm. On this same day, we received an invitaion from PEMODA for a Sungkai Ride and Tahlil....thousand apologies geng..... nda dapat hadir!!

On our arrival at Kg Birau, we met up with Hj Rani, our guide to lead us to Dyg Raudah's residence. Tuan Hj Zulyakub, who initiated these collection, handed over our donations to Dyg Raudah. We hope our donation can lighten her burden for the coming Raya celebration.

Its like an annual function to the scooterist to ride in a group during Ramadhan. We call it Sungkai Ride. This year it was Miri the first destination. Next destination will be to Bandar which was plan on Saturday 20th.

We leave Rasau TOL Post @0345pm. This year we choose Ussof Cafe and catering to break our fast. Our aim is to tightened the relationship among the scooterist.

In a call for the three siblings story who lives in a sorry states appeared in the Borneo Bulletin and in a local Blog(iskandarworld). The KB-Maxiscooters don't want to be left out to give a helping hand.
Maxiscooter's had donated an amount of $250 and clothings to these children which took place at Serikandi Restaurant KB yesterday 16th sept. Donation was handed over by our Secretary Awg Juri Bin Jais to thhe elder brother among the siblings.
A big thanks to all the Maxiscooter's members for their generous contributions.
Among the the people who presents at the ceremony was the Ketua Kampong Seria, Principal of AAC, Teachers from Sekolah Melayu Mohd Alam Seria, AAC, Sekolah Menegah Berakas, Maktab Kejuteraan Jefri Bolkiah, Personnel from Brunei Shell Company, Individuals and Journalists. Who also handed their donations to the siblings. Thank you for their generousity. May Allah Bless you all.

Its all last minute... Sungkai Ride to Bandar. When someone msg inviting us to go for sungkai ride at Holiday Lodge Hotel only 7 of us accepting it. Its was hot in the begining and caught in the rain in the middle of the way to Bandar.. The food was boleh lah!!! yg penting we are full at the end... It was already dark when we got out of the Hotel. We stop over at Petani Mall in tutomg on our way back. Nah, kana hujan lagi kami from Tutong to KB. Arrive KB at around 9 20pm.

** YuS MaJeStY 250 NeW LooK... "ThE FiNaL PrOdUcT" **

It will be one and only in KB an most probably in Brunei. The new look of Yus yamaha majesty 250 is elegant/rugged/creative/patriotic. She will be the proud owner of her Majesty. I admit i myself impress with her creativity. Can't wait to see her on her scooter and watch what are the peoples reaction when they see her Majesty.

Yes, its her favourite color. Before this, its her Vespa. This time the victim is her Yamaha Majesty 250. Yusnani@ayot put in her Yamaha Majesty 250 in to AARON's Shop for a major change on her Majesty. It was awesome.. I am impressed with the artwork and the skill shown by the painter. It was not done yet but i am sure it will be very beautiful.. just wait for the final product.. Lets the pic talks...

Small town of Bekenu


Stop over at Niah Bus Station at Old Road...

A trip was organised by our Penghulu and Treasurer last sunday 31st Aug. (Nda drng sadar tu Hari Merdeka Malaysia)to Batu Niah. Jalan2 cari makan katanya.. hehehe.. 6 of us bekumpul d kadai c Karim(mcm biasalah kira tmpt bkumpul official lah tu)at around 7 30am. Mcm biasa jua, ada yg aher dtg.. Bikers punya time lah konon.... Aher nya 8am baru belepas... singgah d Miri tuk breakfast, ada kawan kami yg alom breakfast.. siapa suruh aher dtg? From Miri we stop over at Bekenu, a small town but meriah... No shopping complex, only 2 or 3 blocks of wooden shop and open market... We proceed to Batu Niah and arrive Batu Niah at around 12pm. The weather is extremely HOT. Spend around an hour at Batu Niah, having Lunch... Then we proceed to Batu Niah Junction at Old Road.. Where all buses from Bintulu/sibu/Kuching stopover.. Last time i went there it was only a few coffee shops and open market... It was different now with more shops and more cafe open up at that area. After looking around the area and buy buah salak madu...some of us want to buy life snakes... ahhahaah ( Murah x ah ular nya ) we proceed back to Miri.. It was fun and we manage to go and back safely. Thanx to our trip sponsor... hehehehehe
